Trouble logging on?


I. In case you have forgotten or haven't yet received your Login ID /Password:

                If you have forgotten your Internet Banking Login ID or you have not yet received your Login ID, you can mail to activateiuser@kvbmail.com from the email-id you have provided in the internet banking application form.

II. In case you are unable to login:

                You might get the following error messages at the time of logging in. Explained below is the appropriate action which has to be taken as the case may be

               Message 1: Invalid Login ID/Password

Action:
  • Please recheck Login ID/Password.
  • Please note that Password is case sensitive.
  • Incase you have forgotten your password, please submit a request for reset of password to activateiuser@kvbmail.com from the email ID given in the Internet Banking Application Form.
  • The new password will be generated and sent to your address as available with the Bank.
                Message 2: Your Login ID is locked.

Action:

  • Three Invalid Login Attempts will Lock your account and display the above message.
  • Kindly send mail to activateiuser@kvbmail.com to unlock the account from the email id given by you in the Internet Banking Application Form
  • The login would be unlocked and confirmed to you in mail.
